'Was this Mr Duchamp crazy?' and 'How did he come up with the idea of putting a urinal in an art show?' Well, Mr Duchamp wasn't crazy.
He was very intelligent, witty and full of ideas.
He was an artist!
Mr Duchamp's artworks were strange and unusual.
They were not paintings nor were they sculptures but they were undeniably art.
An artist who raised the bar in art, while laughing and joking.
Following books dedicated to Piero Manzoni, Yves Klein and Jackson Pollock.
Fausto Gilberti's collection of books, which intelligently and amusingly tell us about the work of the great protagonists of contemporary art, continues to grow.
