Ice Kitchen: Poptails | Nadia Roden

After their best-selling 50 Lolly Recipes book, Cesar and Nadia Roden are back with a new, grown-up collection of alcoholic ice lollies.
As well as classic cocktail lollies, they've found new and original ways to pair ice lollies with alcohol, like stirring a fresh peach lolly into prosecco to make a Bellini, or a lemon lolly hiding a cherry and twirled into a whisky to make a Whisky Sour.
Create some drama and throw a memorable drinks party by serving some of these show-stopping lollies to your friends.
The book begins with advice on freezing techniques, serving suggestions and the most imaginative garnishes, and follows with 50 dazzling recipes, such as a classic Cosmopolitan, and Egyptian Rose Cocktail with hibiscus, rose water and tequila.
