This book is dedicated to you, the reader, who inspires me to choose my words carefully and to only share things that I know and feel, in the hope that I can inspire you in return. In our pursuit of happiness we often get in our own way and delay those very things that we so much desire.
We get in our own way by overthinking, by perpetuating limiting beliefs, by focusing on what is less important and forgetting those things that are not only important, but also easy.
Because being happy is really not hard and life in general, which includes happiness, is meant to be easy.
The one thing you need to remember, and that I want to constantly remind you of here, is that, no matter where you are in life right now, it really is all about the way you think and the way you feel, and that this is something you can turn around in an instant.
This book is a collection of observations that came about while moving through life, living, pursuing, seeking, and understanding - just like you are.
It is also a place where I felt it was appropriate to share with you some of the poems I have written during the past two years while moving through life, living, pursuing, seeking and understanding – just like you are.And it is a tool that will contribute to your training your mind, shifting perspectives, thinking better-feeling thoughts, feeling better emotions and getting ready to receive all the wonderful things you have been dreaming of.
